Our client needed to update their furniture, aiming to provide ergonomic desks to their employees to improve comfort and overall efficiency. Until then, a few offices had added desk risers on top of their existing desks (shown below) but were not pleased with their functionality and aesthetics.

This project was executed in several phases, including adding new flooring, repainting, building an updated break room, and ordering 6-10 MojoDesks at a time for the remodeled offices over a year for a total of 25 renovated workspaces.

During this period, they received positive feedback from employees who were upgraded to MojoDesks and ended up purchasing a wide variety of desk models in different shapes, sizes, and colors.

SOLUTION

One of the models our client chose was the M2-L, our 2-Leg Corner Desk in American Oak. The desktop is a beautifully shaped 72x46 surface. It is also UL Greenguard Gold certified, sustainably made in our Colorado factory, and exceeds BIFMA standards for stability. Read more about our industry certifications [HERE].

Depending on the office, this desk was complemented with a matching mobile storage cabinetand a side table. Use the slideshow below to see this model in shared offices overlooking their production floor, as well as in private offices.

For other offices, an even larger workspace was needed. To address this, they opted for our M3-L, a 3-Leg corner desk available in sizes up to 72x72.

Additionally, they selected different desktop surface color styles for some of these desks, including Matte Lux Charcoal, our smoothest "soft-touch" desktop surface. This choice is ideal for mouse tracking without the need for a mousepad and offers a comfortable writing surface without a notepad.

Finally, for smaller offices, they went with our popular M2-C, our rectagular desktop with straight edges which was orginally designed to fit in cubicle spaces that are 48", 60" or 72" wide.
